So, Cheshire Figment, based on this would you expect the standard scooter from say Walker, to last thru the 24 hr day plus a few(hrs before open and getting back to resorts)? No idea how many miles that day will entail. We will be taking the bus to and from pop, not sure about leaving for a nap time yet, and a trip to kona's for breakfast after a few hours after opening. I was wondering if I should get a bigger one(scooter) since the battery is bigger but that makes it more expensive so I'd rather not do that. I have forgotten to charge over night after a full day, and still had the scooter last thru the day(although I brought battery with just in case). Just worrying a bit that that might just be too long.
As for places to charge in park, I have charged in EP along the wall down by the Sunshine seasons restaurant in the Soarin building(can't think of name), just parked there plugged in for a while. Also was able to charge during dinner at Columbia Harbor House, think it was a special room for handicapped access. And, by the bathroom area back behind Casey's, that area between there and Crystal Palace.
The personal phone chargers are great! I use mine all the time there as I also take lots of pics with my iphone 4s, and now with the iphone 6. Definitely saves on having to wait in one spot to try to charge, as I keep it in my purse and just keep taking pics, and w.e. I need to do, so I highly recommend or agree with the recommendation to get these! And they are fairly cheap at
amazon, so my DD24 and I both have one. Just plug in both overnight to get them charged up for the next day!
