where to buy water balloons? UPDATE Post 8

We bought a bag from dollar store but most of them don't fill up with water correctly and they spring a leak. these are tiny balloons, not meant to expand more than 3 inches. Need to find ones that work by Saturday.

Though we have been out of the water balloon game a few years, if you need them to actually pop you need to get the smaller balloons. Filling larger say 8" balloons to 3" size makes for balloons that will not pop easily.

Get the smaller ones and fill a lot of them and expect breakage.

Note the kits you get at Walmart may have a special filler nozzle that may also tie the balloon for you.

OP Here, Thank you Soldier's Sweeties for the Target idea. The balloons are filling up with very little problems....a few of them so far don't fill up. I bought the $2.99 pack of 175 that has a water hose faucet adapter which works great!
