Where is the POP kiddie pool?

Am I completely blind?

I never saw it before, where is it?

It's actually behind the big flower pool. It's not really a pool per say, but more of a wading pool with spouts of water. Look for the red and yellow bullseye looking area, and that's it. I wish I could get my picture to post so I could show you. I'll see if I can get it together.
