The laughable email I got from WDW today:
Dear Becky,
Thank you for contacting the Walt Disney World® Resort.
We are delighted to learn that you are planning an upcoming visit in
April and we apologize that you were not able to find any Fastpass+
reservations available for parades and firework shows. Please keep in
mind that reservations for these attractions are limited and once all
the Fastpass+ slots have been reserved, the attractions will no longer
show up on the list of options. This may be why you are not seeing the
option to choose a Fastpass+ reservation for any of the parades or for
Wishes Nighttime Spectacular during your upcoming trip. Please keep
checking because if a guest changes their mind and removes the
reservation, you may see it become available to choose for yourself and
your family.
We apologize again for any inconvenience and look forward to seeing you
soon!
