When will I "earn my ears?"

I noticed under my siggy box that it says "Earning My Ears." What's next and when are they earned (tee-hee)??

after about 100 posts u will become something new and finished Earning your Ears

I think it is 75, then next is at 500 I think. Not sure, they changed them several months back. Maybe one of the tech folks here will know.
