We want to get the 10 day, no-expiration, park hopper pass for our trip in January 2009. Can I buy my passes now to get the current prices?

Absolutely! And it is a very good idea to do so if you can afford it now. The chances are very good that the price will go up between now and Jan. The sooner you buy, the cheaper!
