When should I book our vacation?

We are planning to stay at a Mod. Disney Resort and take advantage of the dining plan in May '10. We've heard that deals may come out in November of this year. Should we go ahead and book now that the 2010 numbers are out or should we wait to see if Disney offers any deals in November?

Is there a chance of the mod. hotels booking up?

Can we book now and if a promotion comes out, can we call Disney and have it applied to our original package?
