I'm so sorry for your loss. 
My grandmother passed away earlier this month. She was very healthy so it stunned us. She died almost exactly 20 years (just four days off) to the day my grandfather died. It was so hard because we hadn't had a death in our immediate family since then. And I feel terrible because I've always been the marker for my grandfather's death. I was born just 20 days after he died. Our only consolation was that on the 20th anniversary of his death, she got to be reunited with him.
