When do we receive our boarding number

Do we receive our boarding number when we check in at the port? Or are we notified before arriving? I completed the online check in this morning and was able to sign up for all our excursions.

Now I am excited.

You will receive your actual "boarding number" during check-in at the port. You should have selected a "port arrival time" when you did online check-in. Your boarding number will be tied to that.
