When do Christmas Decorations go up?

I was thinking about November 18th for about 5 days (2010)....will the decorations be up by then?

MK's will be up by Nov. 10., for sure. (MK's Christmas Tree may not go up until Dec. 7th, or so.)

The Osborne Family Lights at DHS will be in operation starting Nov. 10.

Many other decorations will also be up, and others will be in the process of going up.
