When do ADR cancellation threads get posted

forgive me if this is posted somewhere, but I read the sticky and I didn't see anything that answered my question.

i'm going to WDW in March 2013. I see that there's an ADR Cancellation thread for February, but not March. any idea when a post for March will be started?
