We are looking into staying at the HRH again, this time in Sept 2011
and we know WWOHP will be bring in the masses, so I want to book as soon as I can to guarantee we are staying on-site
Anyone know when we can book?

you want to book 2 years in advance?

i have not known of any homie booking 2 years in advance.
i don't have a clue on that.

if that is what you want, call and ask reservations.

I don't want to book it now, but next year, I wanted to know when the earliest we can book would be
Like I stated, you know the on site resorts are going to fill up and fast when Hary Potter opens, and I just want to make sure we are staying on site
like we always do

Make sense?

ok, i get your point.

you can book a year out with the rack rates.

then modify your rate by calling to change it when the discounts for the rooms come out.

that is what i do for each october stay.
hhn packs the hotels so i never take a chance of not having my hotel choice and suite.

i would think that many of the offsite hotels will fill up for the parry hotter opening. there will be families that will not pay the on site rates even though the costs can decrease when discounts appear.

and, who knows if the hotel rates will increase due to the demand?

Exactly, I hope they don't increase the hotel rates as well
We would never dream of going to IOA/US without staying onsite
We are totally spoiled :goodvibes

We already purchased our passes while they were still $99 for the week
Now we just wait (the hardest part) ;)

it's peeps like me that keep those hotel rates up.

i book there no matter what the cost.

i can see the rates and tickets increase in price for next year.
if the bookings for the hotels don't meet the expectations of Loews, then it would be quite possible for the super saver rates to be around more next year.
also, the discounts might be adjusted to the need to fill the rooms up.

if only one thing will increase, i am betting it would be the ticket prices.
the hotels do hit a high occupancy level for most of the year as it is now.
especially during spring break, summer months, october and mid december thru jan 1-2. 7 months out of the year no promos are really needed to keep the hotels 3/4 and more full.

i don't know the future but i can only guess what might occur.
