When are VGT staterooms assigned?

I have completed our online check in but don't know what stateroom we are in yet. I need it for our fish extender group!

Its entirely at the whim of DCL. Some friends that are cruising in less than two weeks just got their cabin assignment.

Generally, it's been happening at about 2 weeks out. But, it is possible that it won't be assigned until the day you sail.

That's one of the things that comes with booking guarantees.
