What use year to choose?

We like to vacation at WDW during the cooler/slower months and will typically go in January or October with the occasional Xmas trip every three years or so. If we were to purchase a contract what would be the best use year to choose?

Given that schedule, I'd look for August, September, or October.

One of the tricks is not to choose a month that includes the 3 months prior to when you travel so if you have to cancel you most likely can still bank

yep, you want to travel earlier in your UY and never at the end.

the key is to remember that UY has nothing to do with when you call to book. it primarily affects your banking window.

Oct would be ideal but August and Sept should work fine.
