What time to reserve California Grill for fireworks view?

Ps: Our reservation was for 9:05, we ate dinner. Then there was the 5 minute warning, piped from Main Street. You can choose to stay indoors (lights dimmed and music piped into dining room) or go outside. They stop all service whilst the fireworks are on, then we say down and the server came to offer the dessert menu. Great timing!
