What time do the boats start running?

I'd like to get DS to HS for Jedi Training. We are staying at the Yacht Club.

I know we can walk to HS, but if we wanted to take the boat, what time do they start running in the morning.

It's his birthday and he absolutely wants to do Jedi Training so we need to be there at rope drop.

At least an hour before the park opens.

That would only get you to the gates at about 10 minutes or less before 9AM.

DHS now opens (unannounced) at least 15 minutes "early" (AKA 8:45AM) every day.
