If anyone knows, what are the night themes?

On the 5/23 Eastern to Tortola it was on Tuesday night.

The regular special nights for the Eastern cruise are listed in the DIS DCL FAQ thread under the heading DINING ROTATIONS. The last night is Till we meet again and the other three nights are the rotation menus for the specific dining rooms.
