Great question!!!! :thumbsup2

New last year:
La Nouba
Tutto Italia
I'm not sure if this counts but last year, we took some time and visited other resorts. We wanted to check them out first-hand to see if we might want to stay there in the future. We visited Grand Floridian, POR, and Art of Animation. We found it to be extremely relaxing!!

This year: [Only son/child's High School Graduation trip]
Yachtsman Steakhouse
Garden Grill
Backstage Safari Tour
Cape May

This is a fun thread.

Our trip isn't till next year but hope to have a few firsts:

Behind The Seeds Tour
Characters In Flight
Be Our Guest lunch
Actually staying for the Norway movie!
First time we will be attempting to do every ride/attraction in the parks in one trip :rotfl:

Last November we seemed to have lots of first experiences:

Be Our Guest dinner
First stay at Art of Animation resort
First time visiting ESPN Wide World of Sports
Walking from DHS to Epcot (can't believe we had never discovered the pathway before - I loved this walk!)
Mama Melrose
Fulton's Crab House
Sitting near the front for Fantasmic
First time seeing the parks decorated for Christmas
Actually taking the time to relax in the parks!

We have been so many times that I can't think of anything offered that we have not tried at least once for at least two of us in our family. I think the only thing would be the horseback riding trails and surfing. I looked into surfing a few times. DD not a strong swimmer. DS just shrugs his shoulders. We have enjoyed most of the offerings. Princess tea would be my DD favorite with her dad. DS and I would have to say boat rentals. I hate the surry bikes as my DH tries to go too fast for me. I like stopped mode.
Recommened
Marshmallow roast
Princess tea
Mini golf
Boat rentals
British invasion group (I think they are gone)
Design your own roller coaster
I would also say the old Quest. Not everything seems to work now. I miss the elevator entertainment

Let's see.. I want to ride Primeval Swirl at AK even though I have a problem with motion sickness. naturally the new mine ride. maybe try the Moroccan QS place. Some new snacks!!!! Because we are taking one of DDs friends we get to do a lot of things we haven't done in a few trips. Maybe we will try the Belle story thing.

Wow, love this!

-Journey of the Little Mermaid
-Winnie the Pooh ride

-Taking a photo of the Epcot fountain at rope drop with no people in it (we entered from IG and the guests coming from the front hadn't gotten there yet)
-Sum of all Thrills (DH - I get motion sickness)
-Auditioning for American Idol experience (DH - I can't sing)
-It's Tough to be a Bug
-Restaurantosaurus
-Toy Story Pizza Planet
-Big River Grille & Brew Works
-Lapu Lapu @ 'Ohana (DH - too sweet for me!)
-Staying club level (this was an accident as we received a free upgrade at our resort)

This year our new experiences are mostly related to food. Our second night we are swinging by the Boardwalk and trying a Kitchen Sink and Beaches n Cream for the first time. Also, we got a res at BoG, so that too will be a first for us. Besides that, along with mostly everyone else we will be riding SDMT for the first time...two times to be exact. Personally, I am planning on trying different Quick Service options. I always go to the usuals every year (Sunshine Seasons, Pinnochio Village Haus), and I fully intend to get outside of my comfort box (and maybe try some new treats as well).:goodvibes

Fantasmic is an awesome show. Flights of Wonder is AMAZING!!!!! We missed it SO many times, like our first 4 trips as a family, for one reason or another (most often foul weather) we wound up missing it. Two years ago we managed to see it for the first time, and I was literally blown away by it. Last year, we wound up seeing it twice in a row, due to a rain storm between the two showings that kept us in the theater to stay dry.

The new Star Tours is awesome. I so wish they would do something similar with Soarin'!

I am LOVING the responses here, lots of interesting firsts, and some things that I hadn't thought of, might have to be added in perhaps next summer. Many thanks to everyone for playing along, and glad so many of you are enjoying the thread!

Before our vacation starts:

We are spending the night at the Hyatt at MCO the night before we check in. That way we can just get up in the morning and board the Magical Express :)

For the Trip:

We are eating at a few restaurants that we haven't tried yet.
Boma
Coral Reef
50's Prime time

Also we plan on playing a round of mini golf at Winter Summerland. We haven't done that yet either.
