What is the fastest way...

to get from the Car Care Center to HDDR. TIA

We will be picking up a car between 3:30 and 4:00 and we have an ADR at HDDR for the 5:00 show.

Option 1: Drive to Ft Wilderness, park, take shuttle to pioneer hall.

Option 2: (flame suit on) Drive to WL, park, take boat to Ft Wilderness.

Opinions please... or other options...

The quickest way from CCC to HDDR is to drive over to Wilderness Lodge and park there and take the boat over to the campgrounds. I would never flame you for parking at WL, I own DVC there and give you permission to use my parking lot. I have thick skin so they can flame me. The parking lot there is big and I have never seen it full to capacity even during the busiest times of year so you won't be taking someone's spot I am sure. Just don't try and use the closest spot to the resort and you won't have to feel so guilty.
But I have another idea.
Are you staying on site and do you need to have a car that day? If I was you I would cancel the rental car for that day and take a bus over to MK, then take a boat to the campgrounds and walk to Pioneer Hall. With 5 pm ressies you are not going to make it to Pioneer Hall for 5. They want yo there at least 1/2 hour before the show and they won't seat you if you are late. I wouldn't take the chance.
You can catch a bus back to your resort, or take a boat back to MK and spend the rest of the evening there. Then take a bus back to your resort that night.
In the AM you can call a cab to pick up your car at the CCC or maybe make arrangements to pick up the car at Dolphin if it is National. You can take a bus over to either Epcot or MGM and walk to Dolphin and get your car.

Sorry, yep it's Car Care Center. I'll edit my first post.

I was thinking CCC referred to the place where you pick up rental cars at WDW (in other words the Car Care Center), but I couldn't come up with the words to match CCC.

If you are staying at a Disney Resort, let the CM know at check-in that you will have a car so they will (should) give you a WDW parking pass.

Picking it up as early as possible is a really good idea. In my experieces with the CCC, the wait just to get to the counter can be a long one.
