What can you take on the rides? over the body bags(purses)ok?

Some rides even have metal detectors - that is crazy. The lockers are free next to the rides that require you to use them. I will say I've never been on the water rides so I'm not sure about that area.

Yes a couple of coasters have metal detectors. A few years ago a rider was blinded on Dragon Challenge by having something metalic hit him in the eye. He got off the ride with a bloody face. Since then the coasters, which used to duel, stopped dueling and more recently the metal detectors were installed. I assume there had been more incidents of flying debris.

Yes, we have seen a few things go flying from people under RRR.........a phone landed close to us two years ago.......coins also. I'm glad they put the metal detectors in to stop incidents like that.......

i was told by a TM that there were times articles flew out of the ride vehicle onto the tracks.
to solve that problem, the netting was removed and no bags allowed on the ride.
it is time consuming when the ride shuts down.
all have to be escorted out, TM's have to walk the ride path with lights on inside to find what caused the shut down.
they the ride has to go thru some procedures as testing without passengers.

only one time i had the ride stop while on it.

some personal item of a rider fell out of the ride and on the track.
ride automatically shut down.
everyone walked out of the ride
wasn't a bad experience for me as i got to look around and see how everything was inside.

Similar to what happens at Radiator Springs Racers in Anaheim when something flies onto the track. People complain about the downtime on that ride, but then they still wear their baseball hats!

So how do you carry money to pay for them? Or do you pay before you lock it? How much are they? Is it timed like the other lockers? Sorry for so many questions, just like to know as much as possible before I arrive.

FWIW you don't have to lock things up for the water rides. You want to either put your backpack in a bag (like a merchandise bag) or put the things inside of it in bags to protect it from the water, but you don't have to use those lockers.

The rides where you *have to* use lockers, the lockers are free for the ride time.

I use a lanyard for CC and some cash etc. Those are still allowed on all rides.

Do you know if a three clasp money belt kept under my shirt is allowed? I have a lanyard thing too, but would prefer to use the money belt. I, myself, think something attached to my waist is more secure than something going over my head, but you just never know.

3 prong clasp on bags, belts have been acceptable on the rides

You should be fine with yours on the rides
