What Are The Restaurants On The Dining Plan At Downtown Disney?

I'd like to eat at a Downtown Disney Restaurant while we are on our vacation from 8/24 - 9/1. I am on the Disney Dining Plan. What are some of the places within DTD that are on the Dining Plan (probably a full Table Service) and that you recommend and why? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

DTD restaurants on the dining plan (I'm sure someone will chime in if I've missed any):

TS: Captain Jack's, Planet Hollywood, Raglan Road, Wolfgang Puck Cafe (not the "upstairs)

CS: Cookes of Dublin, Earl of Sandwich, Wolfgang Puck Express

You could also add Food Quest (the CS inside Disney Quest) but you can't eat there without paying admission to Disney Quest.

There are only four TS restaurants at DTD on the plan, and the only ones I can personally recommend are Raglan Road and Wolfgang Puck Cafe - I don't like the other two.
