I'm going to add to your question and ask: If you get the last possible ADR do you have time to do the safari first?

I don't know the exact latest but we did 10:20 and had fresh food (they were still refilling on the buffet) and the characters were still coming around the entire time we were there.

I don't know about the safari, we grabbed fastpasses before going into Tusker. Since we come from left coast, we never get to the parks early.
