What are the chances of DCL having more cruises with Disney Channel guests like last summer?

My thoughts on them adding the DC stars was to fill the ship since bookings were down last summer, since they made the announcement about 2 months before the cruises. I have a feeling since the Wonder will be the only ship sailing out of PC this summer it will be sailing full and they won't need to add the DC stars to fill the ships.
That's just my 2 cents.
