Week Three Check in

Well another week down and cheat free :bounce:
Im so excited!
At the same time Im nervous too, I keep thinking ok when am I going to hit that plateau.
Anyways guess what....my weight is now 173.5:cheer2: that is 10.5 lbs less than when I started.
I start a new point range this week and I start exercising this week, I hope the weight loss continues.
 
I am impressed Kourtnie...that is a great job for only three weeks! Don't worry if you hit a plateau, we all do. It's just your body and metabolism adjusted to your new healthy habits. Keep up the good work. Exercise thrown into the mix will help too!
