WDW Special Diets - contact info needed!

Anyone have the most updated info to contact special diets for WDW?? We leave in a week and I just read something that brought to my attention that I used to be able to email special diets and get a list of safe vs. not safe foods / snacks in the parks and resorts for common allergies. Anyone know if this is still true??
My son is peanut/tree nut. I have his allergies noted on all our ADRs and we have a DVC villa rented with some foods purchased through Garden Grocer that are safe. But I wasn't sure if I could still get a list through special diets and can't remember how to contact them. We leave a week from tomorrow.

Disney says now that contacting them in advance (other than noting the allergies on the reservations when made) isn't necessary.

If all you're looking for is the reference sheets, I find it easier to check the following site. She keeps up to date on the current reference sheets and uploads them to her site as they come out. You're still free to contact them but IMO it's just a pain in the rear dealing with them if this is all you need.
