Was there Free Dining in December 2008?

If there's anyone out there who keeps track of all the discount packages and such, or maybe someone who went last December, or in 2007, could you please tell me if there was a discount pkg offered during the first two weeks of December? Free Dining or some other type of discount? We are thinking of planning a trip this December and just kinda wanted to know what they've done in the past. Thanks!

To let readers know, it was available - but only through targeted e-mails/postcards with PIN numbers or to Disney Visa holders. It was not a general public offer.

Yes. I went through an email offer from my Disney Visa. I believe the dates were Dec 14 -Dec 20.
