Want Haunted Mansion Room or Pirate Jail room

Hi, I am interested in the Haunted Mansion room or the Pirate Jail Room because they are cool. I am too new to know if rooms can be traded (I don't see that option on trades, but I have seen room codes mentioned) and if so what these are worth. I have some rareish things like 4th of July hat and pin, birthday pin, gold ears. Am I even in the ball park? Thanks in advance.
