Visiting the Monorail Resorts

I am traveling to WDW in August and want to visit the Grand Floridian, Contemporary, and Polynesian Resorts by Monorail. I'm planning to start at the TTC, but I would like to know the order I will go to each resort in. Any other information on visiting the resorts will help! Thanks in advance!

TTC --> Poly --> GF --> MK --> CR --> TTC

That is the resort loop. If you take the other loop it is just MK to TTC & back.
