Anyone know how to get rid of downloader.vb.ec virus? I've been fighting with this all day. THE AV programs don't pick it up but when I shut down AVG resident says it's in system volume/restore. I can't restore to an earlier day (thought that would work). I've heard that I should disable system restore and shut down but that deletes all restore points. I'm so disgusted right now I'm ready to give up PTC got good.
