Upload vertical pics to Photopass??

I'm hoping someone can help me out. I am in the process of uploading pics from my camera to Photopass. It is only allowing the horizontal pics to upload, not the vertical pics. I don't remember that being an issue the last time I used Photopass. Thanks!
