So, after having a week of people yelling at us, the following week just about every customer had something nice to say. They thanked us for our time and told us how friendly we are.

So I get to thinking, did you guys have something to do with that?
 
You figured it out! We have all gotten together and have been calling our friends in Mass. and telling them to go see you and be extra nice to you! Glad it worked.
 
It all balances out, huh? Glad you got to hear some positive remarks and not just get yelled at, sweetie.
