Universal Quick Service Dining Plan

I'm thinking about doing the Universal Dining Plan the day we do our Harry Potter breakfast. Does anyone know if it includes using the drink entitlement connected to the meal with the breakfast (primarily I'm wondering about coffee) like a soda at lunch or if it counts against your drink entitlement?

Also, does anyone know if BuzzCola on Fast Food Boulevard counts as a drink with a meal or does it count as snack like Butterbeer?

I know there are no sodas that's why my question is since meal normally includes a drink can we get coffee instead or is it the separate entitlement

sorry, misunderstood.

you can coffee, tea and i had a choice of one of the drinks.
don't remember if it was one of the juices, or a lemonade.
