Unclaimed money - State treasury

I searched a few years ago and saw something in my late grandma's name. I told my dad about it and he called, but because he and his two brothers were joint heirs, he would have had to get affidavits from each of them, provide the death certificate, etc. And it was less than $100. He didn't pursue it, and now that one of his brothers has passed away, I'm guessing it'll stay with the state until forever.

I got nothin'!

I was hoping for a little found money.Just enough to cover a place in Golden Oaks.

If you're looking at individual states, look at Delaware as well. If a company doesn't have an address for you, they can report it to their state of incorporation. That's Delaware in a lot of cases.
