Two NYC "Foodies" asking for help from December cruisers...

Hello everyone. We are looking to book our second cruise on the Dream. As crazy as it may seem, we are "foodies", and on our last cruise, we ate at Remy 3 times and Palo 1 time. And yes, it was a 4 day cruise.

We probably set a new record with that. But as you can imagine, booking Remy and Palo are a HUGE part of the upcoming trip for us.

So this year, we want to make sure that we can book Remy and Palo (at least once each), preferably on the December 13 cruise.

What's SHOCKING though is that Disney will not tell us if Remy or Palo are available on our trip, UNLESS we actually book the trip. And at that point, the cruise is already paid in full! So we have no way of looking at different sail dates to see if one has better availability than another, etc.

Since this is an odd policy, we were wondering if someone on this board could tell us whether Remy and Palo are available on the December 13 cruise (or cruises around then). We would REALLY appreciate any feedback. Thank you!

Half of the reservation slots for Palo and Remy are never made available on line--they are held for booking after boarding. SO, for sure, those reservations are available.

While we normally do 7 night cruises, we've never had a problem getting any adult dining reservation we wanted, even on the day of. As you probably know, you can only book one of each meal in advance--one Palo dinner, one Remy dinner, brunch if offered on your cruise. However, you can add more after boarding if all reservations are not full.
