OK- trying not to panic -although the hurricane is making it's way toward us! I am trying to complete the online check in. I booked my trip through my local AAA office (never again but that is another story). I went on line, entered my conf. # and it said it didn't match their records. So, I called Disney and they told me that I should try a different website which brought me to the one I had used www.mydisneyreservation.com/guest. She said that when reservations are done by outside travel agencies, they might have difficulties checking in. She suggested I call my agent. WEll, of course they are closed b/c of the storm (understandably). Has anyone else had this problem? I want to do this before we loose power- could be out for awhile and we leave next Wed.
