Trouble Downloading Photos from Shutters

Help!!!!! Im having problems downloading the our photos from shutters with the disc. Any ideas?

I had problems last week. I had to remove the software and start over. The second time it worked perfectly. They said my install must have gotten interrupted.

You have to make sure your firewall is turned off. Good luck. I found the call centre listed on the cd case was helpful.
