Transfers from a Mexico cruise (LA) to Disney

My friends and I are going on a 4 day cruise to baja out of LA in Aug. we need to transfer from the ship to disney. Has anyone done this and who did you use I'm having a hard time finding anything on this subject. Thanks

Your best bet will be to take a cab (and it won't be cheap; San Pedro to Anaheim is about 15 miles or so). There is no schedulded transportation between the cruise ports and Disneyland that I'm aware of, sorry.
