Toontown opening

I haven't been to WDW since December and am just now starting to plan my Oct trip, so I was wondering...is Toontown still opening a bit before the published time on the timesguide? Park opens at 9:00, Toontown at 9:45 when the timesguide says 10:00?

Yes, at the end of June that's how it worked for us. People were lining up at about 9:25.
