Too excited! Impatient!!

My magic bands have been in the 'being personalized check back for shipping details' status for 10 days. Is this normal? We're hoping to surprise the kids on Thanksgiving with the magic bands. We will be there the 3rd week of December. This is our first trip WITH magic bands so I'm not sure what to expect as far as shipping and receiving them.

Not sure what's normal but mine were in that status for some time too. We arrive on the 3rd and I got my bands Two weeks and one day prior to our arrival. You may not having it before Thanksgiving.

We arrive Dec. 12th and I just got an email today that they were being shipped.
