Timeline for purchasing SSR and AKV contracts

Since so many people ask how long steps of the resale purchase process take, I thought I would post the timeline of our experience. We decided to buy an AKV and SSR contract rather than decide between THVs and Savannas. We worked with Sharon at Fidelity for the purchases. These times are accurate as near as I can construct from my emails.

Hope it helps people still thinking about/in the process.

2/17 first offer on SSR
(seller didn't respond)
2/22 offered on AKV
2/24 accepted counter on AKV
2/24 offered and accepted on SSR
asked sellers to bank 2011 points into 2012 in case sale didn't close by May, waited for banking to be confirmed
2/28 received contracts and returned
3/1 AKV contract executed and sent for ROFR
3/5 SSR contract executed and sent for ROFR
3/27 ROFR waived for AKV
4/4 ROFR waived for SSR
4/9 closing documents for AKV ready for title company
4/11 closing documents for SSR ready for title company
4/11 closing documents received via email and returned with check via fedex
4/18 AKV contract closed and disney notified
4/19 SSR contract closed and disney notified
4/26 called DVC and got access to AKV account
4/27 SSR added to account
4/28 made reservations for May and December
