    Hi,
We are heading to Orlando in two weeks. I was just looking at our online reservation page (through Disney directly) and noticed that our park hopper options for our tickets are listed for my husband & I, but not for our 4 year old daughter. I tried calling but was on hold FOREVER so I hung up. I haven't been able to find any sort of itemized statement online showing exactly what is paid for, so I can't verify if we paid for one for her or not (there is a park ticket just not park hopper). I'm sure if there was an option for park hopper for her we would have selected it for all tickets and not just ours. Also, our park hopper tickets are listed 3 times for each of us. I don't really understand why.

I will be calling the reservations number again, but hopefully I won't be on hold for so long.

Are park hopper tickets required for young children? Could that be why her name is not showing up? So confused...

Everyone on the package has to have the same thing. There isn't a way to break it up. If you ordered JUST tickets I guess it's possible, but very unlikely that you would have done 2 hoppers and 1 base ticket.

It's just a website glitch - and there have been lots of them. If you and your husband have hoppers then she does too. But yes, children also need hoppers to go from park to park.

The website has so many glitches on our reservation. The website is showing that we have 7 6day hopper tickets and 2 8day hopper tickets and we purchased a package for 3 6day hopper tickets. The website is also showing that we owe more $ on our package, but i have e-mailed receipts that we are paid in full. I have called Walt Disney Travel Co x2 to verify that our tickets are correct and our balance is correct. I have been reassured by WDTC that the website has glitches and they have the correct info.

    I feel for you.

I've spent quite a bit of time on the phone with WDW over the past month verifying that my reservations are correct. Today when I clicked on my confirmation email to re-check the balance due. It showed AoA instead of WL. I'd switched when the GP discount came out a couple of weeks ago. MDE showed WL but the confirmation email showed AoA. So which does one rely on? In this case MDE was correct and we are reserved at WL.

If this had been the only problem, I could roll with the punches. But I'm into double-digits of errors. From wrong deposits that almost cancelled my reservations to wrong names on the reservations to crazy-making weird error messages in MDE about my resort reservations that Tech Support can't solve...

Confusion is not a good thing for a business. I know my confidence in WDW to get the details correct is at an all time low.

I hope you get through soon to verify that all is correct with your tickets!

Thanks for your responses! I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one with weird things like this showing up in my online reservations. I've also had my address CONSTANTLY reverting to our old address from a trip to Disney we made in 2009. I wish they let you do a little bit more yourself online (like addresses, adding flight info, managing your res in general). For an organization the size of Disney I'd expect them to have these kinds of systems pretty automated and perfected at this point. Oh well!
