I LOVE the trolley show. It's so cute and fun. I even have a recording of it on my running playlist, it's surprisingly fun to run to.
Probably a good thing you changed your Kona reservation. I've had reservations at 8AM there twice, and both times, I just missed the opening show.
Here's my thoughts on your planning questions.
1) I would think about the 11:45 one because I wonder if it would be cutting it too close to get to Epcot if you did the 12:30 one? Plus, that's $50 you can put toward breakfast or Mickey dominoes!
2) I'm confused, are you saying you can convert WDW into DL tickets? Because if you can, I would probably keep the tickets, but that's because I probably wouldn't want to use a day just for breakfast. So I would go with Ohana, because a) there's no such thing as too much breakfast at the Polynesian, and b) Mickey in a Hawaiian shirt and Stitch? Come on. How can you pass that up?
That being said, I think the breakfast food was a little better at CP, since it's a buffet and there was a lot more variety. And if you like Winnie the Pooh, it's great. If you can't convert the tickets, I would go with CP.
3) Yes! I love that parade, it's definitely my favorite too, but that will probably be there next time, but who knows if the next you'll be there will be around July 4?
P.S. I vote for December 2011 pics!
