The house we lived in before this one, the squirrels loved. They found multiple ways to get in, and we had to install metal plates in places to keep them from coming right back to that spot.

They are terrible pests.

I didn't think of that. I guess I'll call and ask, but I have a pretty high deductible.

If the cost is less than the deductible , I would pay out of my pocket. Ask if it would raise your rates.

I just noticed you added on the title, yikes a raccoon? I would be more worried about the raccoon than the squirrels..

They saw prints in the gutter, think the raccoon broke the roof shingle and dug out the insulation looking for baby squirrels

Holy cow! Is there anything they can install to keep this from happening again? It may be costly, but if it saves money down the road. Has this happened to any of your other neighbors? If so maybe they have some ideas how to prevent this as well.
