FRIDAY US SPOILER!!!
Victor, Fack, Ashley
Victor is chastising someone on the phone when Fack arrives and asks if Victor has lost Jack. Victor tells him to shut his mouth. Fack asks how Jack got away and where is Kelly. Victor tells him it’s not his concern. Fack says he likes being Jack Abbott and shows Victor a flash drive documenting every conversation he and Victor ever had about replacing Jack and merging Newman and Jabot. Fack says a copy of the flash drive will be sent to Ashley if Jack returns. Ashley comes in and asks what should she know.
Victor gets a call from Nikki saying she is ready to see him.
Fack asks Ashley for a personal favor. He tells her he has asked Michael to update his will and wants her to be executor. He wants to make sure his legacy is protected. Ashley leaves and is in pain. She takes her medication.
Fack gets a phone call asking someone to send the information to his phone. He is sent a picture of Jack and he swears.
Neil, Nikki, Victor
Neil comes to see Nikki. Neil tells her how crazy Victor is about her. Nikki says that being married to Victor casts a large shadow and god help you if you cross him. She points out that during the intervention Victor held back. Neil says Victor cannot change. Nikki asks if he is talking about Victor or himself. Neil admits he is full of anger and pain because of Hilary and Devon. Neil advises her to focus on her recovery and leaves.
Victor arrives. She tells him about all her triggers that make her drink . She tells him he does not know her, he only knows the Nikki he created. She says when she leaves the clinic they have to be apart indefinitely. Nikki says he is the source of her dependency. He says it’s psychobabble. Nikki says this has to do with her survival. She says if he truly loves her he has to let her go. She tells him they are going to live apart. Victor says someone has planted that seed in her head and knows who it was and is going to speak to them and leaves.
Victor finds Neil at the AC and accuses him of telling Nikki to live on her own. Neil denies it and says he told her the opposite.
Marissa, Jack
Marissa tells Marco to give the captain his money. Jack says he will pay the money and give her enough to start a new life, but she has to get him out of there. Jack gives her a very graphic description of GC and how beautiful it is. He tells her about Jabot and how he misses the people there. Jack asks her to take him there. She says she wants to share this wonderful life with him. He says she is a free spirit and would not like boring GC. She says she is ready to settle down with him. She kisses him and the captain comes in and pulls out a gun. The captain shackles Marissa.
Devon, Hilary
Devon and Hilary are in bed and Hilary says she can stop apologizing for loving him. Devon gives her the eternity ring back and asks her to marry him. Hilary accepts.
Lauren, Cane, Lily, Devon, Hilary, Neil
Lauren tells Cane that Michael wants a divorce and she says she wants to save her marriage. Lily watches them. Lauren says maybe she should give him the divorce. Lily is angry and tells Lauren that if she can’t hold on to her own husband, it does not give Lauren the right to take hers. Cane says he is trying to help Lauren. She reminds Lauren of Carmine. Devon tells Lily is out of line and Cane agrees. Lauren leaves and Cane follows.
Lauren is in the park with Cane. She tells him he should go. They hug, then kiss.
Devon tells Lily it is her own fault if she feels threatened because she does not trust Cane. Devon announces he and Hilary are getting married as Neil arrives. Neil says he will not shake Devon’s hand or kiss the bride to be.
Avery, Joe
Avery tells Joe that Summer saw him standing. Joe says he has taken a few steps but did not want to tell her until he could ditch his chair and surprise her. He says he was waiting for the right moment. She demands he walk. Joe takes a few steps and stumbles. Avery slaps him. Joe admits he has been able to walk for weeks. He says she is the only family he has. She says what they had is over. Joe tells her he loves her, always has. She says she does not love him and never will. She tells him to pack and get out. She is about to leave when he says he is not going anywhere and neither is she. He threatens to call the police and tell them exactly what happened the night of the gala and she would be arrested. He says she needs some tough love to bring her to her senses. He wants her to make love to him.
Day Ahead
- Mariah tells Kevin she can’t confess and they should run
- Michael tells Lauren if she doesn’t think this is over they should look at what she has done
- Ashley tells Ben that he is involved with Abby and he should be concerned about Abby not her

MONDAY US SPOILER
Avery, Joe
Avery asks Joe what he wants. He wants her to make love to him. She asks what happens if she submits. He says she will feel what she once felt for him and wants to prove to her they belong together. Avery agrees to make love. An angry Avery shouts she doesn’t have time to make a romantic dinner and pours a glass of wine and downs it. Then shouts she forgot to make a toast and downs another glass of wine. Avery starts tearing off her clothes and Joe’s yelling the whole time. Joe gets up and grabs her arms. She recalls another time Joe grabbed her arms and told her he gave her everything and asked if this is how she repays him and then there is a slap. She breaks away and tells him the guilt is gone she screams at him to get out. As Joe leaves he says he may have made a mistake but he was not the only one.
Lily, Cane, Lauren
Lily leaves Cane a message that she knows there is nothing going on with Lauren.
In the park Cane and Lauren kiss and are being watched. Lauren and Cane apologize to each other and agree it was a mistake.
Cane comes back to the AC and Lily apologizes saying she understands he was just being a friend to Lauren. Cane tells Lily he loves her and kisses her. Lily wants to apologize to Lauren and Cane stops her.
At CL Michael recalls seeing Lauren and Cane kissing. Lauren arrives and says she will not sign the divorce papers. Michael tells Lauren if she doesn’t think this is over they should look at what she has done. She says she has no idea what he is talking about. Lauren says she loves him and there are many ways to be physical. Michael says he saw her kissing Cane. Lauren realizes what Michael has been doing. She says he has left her with nothing and she is dying inside of loneliness. As she is leaving Michael yells divorce me!
Lauren goes to the AC and tells Cane that Michael saw them kissing in the park. Cane says he is going to tell Lily before Michael tells her.
Lily goes to CL and tells Michael he should reconsider the divorce. Michael says this is none of her business and she should be talking to Cane about the problems in her marriage and leaves.
Paul, Harding
Paul tells Harding the FBI will tell them who posted in GC Buzz. Harding says the kids have refused the t.v. interview. Paul asks how this killer has managed to stay ahead of them. Later, Paul tells Harding he has a lead on the poster and they leave.
Mariah, Kevin, Ben, Abby
At the UG Mariah is a wreck because of her post. Kevin tries to calm her. Ben and Abby arrive and Ben tells Kevin that Abby will not put herself in harm’s way by going on t.v. Kevin says there has to be another way of flushing the killer out. Abby suggests Kevin search the computer to find out who sent the message. Kevin refuses Ben and Abby leave. Mariah asks Kevin to remove her post and he refuses saying they probably have her IP address already. Mariah says she can’t confess and they should run and she knows how to disappear. She says she understands if he needs to stay. Harding comes in and arrests her.
At the police station Harding is trying to put cuffs on Mariah and Kevin says they need to put more pressure on the killer. Paul calls Harding into his office and tells him Kevin is right and makes a phone call. Paul tells Kevin and Mariah they are free to go and they are not to involve themselves in the investigation.
At the UG Kevin and Mariah get a text about Paul’s press conference. Paul says they have discovered new information and Tobias was a victim. He says he recovered Austin’s tablet with a lot of information and is in a safe location. Kevin smiles.
Ashley, Michael, Ben, Abby
Ashley asked Michael to meet her at the lab to review her estate. Michael says he will block out a couple of hours for her and leaves. Ashley takes a pill.
Abby and Ben arrive and Ashley overhears them talking about Kevin and they confirm Tobias was not the killer. Ashley has a dizzy spell and Ben is concerned. Ashley says she has been getting migraines. Ben leaves. Abby asks if her headaches would go away if she stops seeing Ben. Ashley says she can handle any feelings she had for Ben which weren’t much anyway.
Ben goes to the hospital and speaks with Dr. Shelby. Ben describes Ashley’s symptoms. Dr. Shelby tells him he does not belong there and should remember that and walks away.
Ben returns to the lab. Ashley gets a call from Dr. Shelby and tells her that Ben was there asking questions and assures her he did not say anything. Ashley tells Ben he has no business digging into her personal business. Ashley tells Ben that he is involved with Abby and he should be concerned about Abby not her. Ashley collapses into a chair.
Day Ahead
- Ben tells Dr. Shelby that Ashley had a seizure and wants information
- The captain tells Jack that the highest bidder gets to choose if “Marco” lives or dies

SOOOO Ashley is fine one minute and the next 
so she apparently has more than a headache...is she going to come forth with a brain tumor?????
And ohhhhh pa-lezzzzzzz Cane and Lauren kiss
and Michael just happens to see it 
....
and they kiss the moment after his wife accuses them of shenanigans. Ya just cant make this stuff up...OH WAIT
The next love interest....Nikki and Neil

I think she will loose the baby.....I cant see a baby being written in for Nick or Adam....but than again....they are fickle writers...I think they drink 
to much when they are writing....hmmm or maybe not enough 
So did your heart feel sad for Victor when Nikki told him she must have time to find herself INDEFINITELY! well I did maybe a little
Yet with all the stupid writing I still watch...cant help myself...although I do FF a lot
the show still captures me....or it is just a bad habit after 36 years 
so why do you keep watching and watching and watching

I think Sage is going to turn out to be way crazier than Sharon. She gets that glassy eyed nutter look. Stupid Nick, who will sleep with ANYTHING in a nightie, is too dumb to see it. He does his thinking south of the border, so to speak.
Cause there is nothing else to watch while folding laundry (I have 3 teens, so LOTS of laundry).Yet with all the stupid writing I still watch...cant help myself...although I do FF a lot

so true...seems like every time he breaks with someone he falls in love again...in a day...so when will Nick and Sharon get back together again only to break up again? Will she on her death bed or get kidnapped and he thought he would never see his only true love again? its the same scenario as Victor and Nikki.....

TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!
Crimson Lights
Kyle and Summer are at CL and are talking about Austin’s tablet. Summer says she would have known about Austin’s tablet. Sharon comes in and says at least it’s not her. Summer congratulates Sharon saying they finally found a crime she is not guilty of.
Joe arrives and asks to speak to Summer. Joe tells her he wishes she had come to him first and says that Avery was angry and she threw him out. Joe asks Summer when she sees Avery to tell her it was all a misunderstanding.
Sharon comes and accuses Joe of lying. He tells her he felt in fairness to Avery he moved out and Avery is probably with Dylan as they speak. He asks her if she has seen Dylan yet. She says he is standing right behind him. Joe shows them he can walk and it’s all thanks to Avery and leaves. Sharon asks him where he has been. She says Avery called as soon as Avery threw Joe out. He tells Sharon it does not mean that Avery wants him back and he wants to be with Sharon.
Sharon picks up an incoming call from Avery and says Dylan is not going back to her, but it’s Phyllis asking to speak to Dylan. Phyllis describes what they walked into and Dylan leaves.
Athletic Club
At the AC Phyllis bumps into Joe and he tells her he has moved out of Avery’s.
Fack gets a text asking him to send the money and if he wants Marco dead or alive.
Phyllis comes to Fack’s table and says Joe is such a liar and says something is up with Joe. Fack tells her to go and talk to Avery. Phyllis leaves. Fack calls Kyle asking him to come to see him right away. Fack asks Kyle to wire some money from the trust at Jabot which cannot be traced back to him. Kyle hesitates and Fack tells him the money is to a cargo company which will save the Newman-Abbott millions in shipping costs.
Later Kyle says the money has been wired and cannot be traced to Fack.
Sharon goes to the AC to talk to Joe who says everything he has done it’s because he loves Avery and he would never hurt her.
Dylan arrives at the AC looking for Joe. He asks Joe what he did to Avery and wants to know where she is. Joe accuses Dylan of having the affair with Avery and asks if Dylan checked his bed lately – maybe Avery turned into the needy ***** who once loved him. Dylan punches Joe. Sharon hears the exchange between them
Jack, Marissa, Captain
The captain comes to tell Jack his fate has been settled and he is just waiting for the money and whether he wants him alive or dead. The captain says he is waiting for an answer and the deal will be done. Captain tells Jack and Marissa to say their goodbyes and leaves. Marissa asks how he is going to save them and Jack admits that he is Jack Abbot from Wisconsin and not Marco. Jack says this is a case of mistaken identity. Marissa asks how they are going to get out of this situation. Jack says in a boardroom he can take anyone down but he is out of his element when it comes to guns and drugs. Marissa says he may not know how to get them out but she does.
Captain comes back saying he is a very rich man and Jack is a dead man. Marissa plays a sexy vixen with the captain. She says she can prove her desire for him is real and kisses him. He unshackles her and they leave.
Ben, Abby, Dr. Shelby, Ashley
Ben and Abby come to Ashley’s hospital room but she is gone. Dr. Shelby he tells them Ashley checked herself out. Abby leaves to find her and Ben tells Dr. Shelby he is not leaving until he knows what is wrong with Ashley. Ben asks Dr. Shelby just to bend the rules a little.
Ashley is in the lab when Abby arrives. Abby says Ashley needs to be in the hospital. Ashley says she needs to work. Abby asks what the tests disclosed. Ashley says her body said to stop the medication. Abby tries to convince Ashley to go to the hospital.
Ben arrives and says if Ashley does not go back to the hospital she will die. Ben tells her that he figured out that she has an aneurism and it has to be dealt with. Ashley says all she wants to do is go on living and protect her father’s legacy. Ashley is afraid she could die and wants a guarantee she will be able to function normally after her surgery.
Ben and Abby get Ashley into the hospital and she is taken for a few tests.
Avery’s Apartment
Summer and Phyllis arrive at Avery’s and see a broken cup and blood on the floor. Phyllis calls Dylan and tells him what they found and if he has seen Avery.
Paul arrives at Avery’s and asks if they checked to see if Avery’s car was there. Dylan arrives and says her car is gone. Summer says Avery threw Joe out because he has been manipulating her. Paul tells Phyllis to go to the police station and file a missing persons report.
Day Ahead
- A doctor tells Ben and Abby that Ashley needs surgery as soon as possible
- Phyllis accosts Joe and he tells her there is another reason why Avery is missing

Sharon comes and accuses Joe of lying. He tells her he felt in fairness to Avery he moved out and Avery is probably with Dylan as they speak. He asks her if she has seen Dylan yet. She says he is standing right behind him. Joe shows them he can walk and it’s all thanks to Avery and leaves. Sharon asks him where he has been. She says Avery called as soon as Avery threw Joe out. He tells Sharon it does not mean that Avery wants him back and he wants to be with Sharon.
Sharon picks up an incoming call from Avery and says Dylan is not going back to her, but it’s Phyllis asking to speak to Dylan. Phyllis describes what they walked into and Dylan leaves.
Athletic Club
At the AC Phyllis bumps into Joe and he tells her he has moved out of Avery’s.
Fack gets a text asking him to send the money and if he wants Marco dead or alive.
Phyllis comes to Fack’s table and says Joe is such a liar and says something is up with Joe. Fack tells her to go and talk to Avery. Phyllis leaves. Fack calls Kyle asking him to come to see him right away. Fack asks Kyle to wire some money from the trust at Jabot which cannot be traced back to him. Kyle hesitates and Fack tells him the money is to a cargo company which will save the Newman-Abbott millions in shipping costs.
Later Kyle says the money has been wired and cannot be traced to Fack.
Sharon goes to the AC to talk to Joe who says everything he has done it’s because he loves Avery and he would never hurt her.
Dylan arrives at the AC looking for Joe. He asks Joe what he did to Avery and wants to know where she is. Joe accuses Dylan of having the affair with Avery and asks if Dylan checked his bed lately – maybe Avery turned into the needy ***** who once loved him. Dylan punches Joe. Sharon hears the exchange between them
Jack, Marissa, Captain
The captain comes to tell Jack his fate has been settled and he is just waiting for the money and whether he wants him alive or dead. The captain says he is waiting for an answer and the deal will be done. Captain tells Jack and Marissa to say their goodbyes and leaves. Marissa asks how he is going to save them and Jack admits that he is Jack Abbot from Wisconsin and not Marco. Jack says this is a case of mistaken identity. Marissa asks how they are going to get out of this situation. Jack says in a boardroom he can take anyone down but he is out of his element when it comes to guns and drugs. Marissa says he may not know how to get them out but she does.
Captain comes back saying he is a very rich man and Jack is a dead man. Marissa plays a sexy vixen with the captain. She says she can prove her desire for him is real and kisses him. He unshackles her and they leave.
Ben, Abby, Dr. Shelby, Ashley
Ben and Abby come to Ashley’s hospital room but she is gone. Dr. Shelby he tells them Ashley checked herself out. Abby leaves to find her and Ben tells Dr. Shelby he is not leaving until he knows what is wrong with Ashley. Ben asks Dr. Shelby just to bend the rules a little.
Ashley is in the lab when Abby arrives. Abby says Ashley needs to be in the hospital. Ashley says she needs to work. Abby asks what the tests disclosed. Ashley says her body said to stop the medication. Abby tries to convince Ashley to go to the hospital.
Ben arrives and says if Ashley does not go back to the hospital she will die. Ben tells her that he figured out that she has an aneurism and it has to be dealt with. Ashley says all she wants to do is go on living and protect her father’s legacy. Ashley is afraid she could die and wants a guarantee she will be able to function normally after her surgery.
Ben and Abby get Ashley into the hospital and she is taken for a few tests.
Avery’s Apartment
Summer and Phyllis arrive at Avery’s and see a broken cup and blood on the floor. Phyllis calls Dylan and tells him what they found and if he has seen Avery.
Paul arrives at Avery’s and asks if they checked to see if Avery’s car was there. Dylan arrives and says her car is gone. Summer says Avery threw Joe out because he has been manipulating her. Paul tells Phyllis to go to the police station and file a missing persons report.
Day Ahead
- A doctor tells Ben and Abby that Ashley needs surgery as soon as possible
- Phyllis accosts Joe and he tells her there is another reason why Avery is missing

could not have said this better...we all agree how they dumb down woman and how they are ruining the characters with their writing...and Jill seems to be the worst of doing this of the writers....

WEDNESDAY US SPOILER
Search for Avery
At the AC Joe is threatens to file assault charges against Dylan. Dylan wants to search his room but Joe says no. Sharon asks if he has nothing to hide let Dylan check his room. Paul calls Dylan and tells him Avery’s car was found but no Avery. Dylan tells Joe and Sharon and says the Joe does not seem surprised.
Paul tells Phyllis they found Avery’s car but no Avery. Paul says they are searching the area.
Phyllis says Avery’s disappearance is no accident. Paul says there were no signs of foul play. Phyllis is convinced Joe is involved. Phyllis admits that the last time she saw Avery they argued. Paul tells them to leave. Phyllis stays but Summer and Kyle leave.
Joe and Dylan arrive at the station and Phyllis asks Joe what he has done to Avery. Paul wants to question Joe and tells Dylan to leave.
Paul asks Joe what happened between the two of them starting with Avery finding out he was lying to her. Joe has flashbacks to the last conversation he had with Avery but not quite tell the truth. Paul asks Joe what was the last thing he said to Avery. He says they said their goodbyes and he left. Paul thanks him and Joe leaves.
Dylan comes to CL and he hugs Sharon. He sees Avery on the patio and sends Sharon home. He goes to Avery and they hug. Sharon comes back, sees them and leaves. He asks Avery where she has been. She says she just had to get away and her car broke down. She tells him she and Joe fought and she threw him out. She said that Joe threatened her says he would tell the police about his fall. Dylan sees the bruising and Avery admits Joe was violent only once. She says she needs to leave town and came to say goodbye.

Victor comes to see Vicky and says he thinks Fack is going to double cross them. He says accounting advised him that Fack was inquiring about the reserve funds but has not taken them yet but believes he will. He asks Vicky to approach Ashley. Vicky says she has no idea where Ashley is.
GC Hospital
Billy arrives and Abby tells him about the aneurism. When Ashley returns from her tests the doctor confirms it is an aneurism. Billy finds out that if she does not have the surgery she will die. Abby and Billy finally convince Ashley to have the surgery. Ben assures Ashley she will be okay.
Fack reads the text “Do you want the prize dead or alive?”
Victor and Vicky arrive as Ashley is taken to surgery. Ben goes with her. Abby asks Vicky how she can be okay with her being with Ben. Vicky assures her they knew it was not going to last. Billy eavesdrops. Abby says she and Ben will not drift apart and leaves. Billy tells Vicky he is grateful she is there and admits he was eavesdropping. He admits that Chelsea always felt he was not totally there and Vicky agrees saying Ben felt the same way. They hug.
Ben finally comes out and advises everyone that Ashley is fine but will need monitoring.
Later, Fack tells Kyle and Billy that it is time to overthrow the king and take the company back for themselves. They are elated.
Vicky sees Fack with Kyle and Billy and is suspicious. She tells Victor she has the impression they are up to something. Victor tells her to trust her instincts.
Jack, Marissa, Captain
The captain releases Marissa and takes her to his cabin, leaving Jack alone. Jack finds a loose nail on the crate he is sitting on and to remove it.
Jack sees Phyllis who tells him to believe in himself and to come home to her. He turns his head and she is gone. He tries harder to remove the nail from the crate. Jack frees himself. Marissa comes back. Marissa says the captain received a money transfer from area code 262. Jack says that is his area code and believes someone from GC is trying to save him.
Jack is trying to create a diversion. He found steel wool and a battery. The captain yells for Marissa and shows her the message that the prize is to be delivered alive because the winner wants to kill Jack himself. Jack starts a fire. The captain goes to see Jack and walks into an inferno. Jack knocks him out and tells Marissa they have to get off the ship. The ship explodes.
Day Ahead
- Phyllis tells Joe to leave before someone messes up his pretty face
- Lauren tells Lily she can’t make eye contact with her over a harmless kiss and Lily says “You kissed my husband?”

Lauren, Lily, Michael, Cane
Michael meets Cane at the UG and Michael admits he saw Cane kiss Lauren. Michaels says it’s okay and he is at peace with it. Cane asks if Michael wants him to sleep with Lauren. Michael says he wants Lauren happy. Cane is furious and tells Michael that he and Lauren do not have that kind of relationship. Michael says he is trying to help Lauren by being out of her life. Cane tells Michael not to impose his feelings on him.
At the AC Lily tells Lauren that Cane told her everything. Lauren says she is happy everything is out in the open because she hates not making eye contact because of a harmless kiss. Lily asks if she kissed Cane. Lauren says it will never happen again. Lauren says that Cane feels Lily is pushing him away. Lily leaves the table.
Cane comes to the AC and Lily asks if they had any secrets. Cane says Michael told her and Lily says no – the tramp Michael is married to did. He tells her it meant nothing and Lauren is not a threat to their marriage. Cane says he has tried to talk to her but she does not want to listen. Lily walks away.
Phyllis meets Michael at the UG and tells him he should be grateful that he is alive. She asks if he thinks marriage is all about him being a stud in bed. She says it’s not all about sex and people adapt. He says Lauren shouldn’t have to adapt.
Joe comes to the UG and joins Lily at the table. Lily asks him if he thinks she is attractive. He says he finds her very attractive. Lily leaves.

Sharon tells Phyllis and Joe that Avery is with Dylan at CL. Joe wants and apology from Phyllis for accusing him of doing something to Avery. She apologizes for slapping him. He says she never slapped him. So she does. Phyllis asks Sharon if Avery said anything. Sharon says she only saw her with Dylan. Phyllis leaves. Joe asks Sharon why she would sneak away like a little mouse after seeing Dylan and Avery. Joe says she is a bad girl at heart and bad girls get what they want. Sharon tells him she trusts Dylan. She says she is going home and Dylan will be there waiting for her. Sharon leaves. Joe leaves and someone follows him.
Dylan asks Avery about the blood at her condo and then asks her if she was trying to set Joe up for her murder by making her apartment look like there had been a struggle. Avery is upset that Dylan would even think such a thing. Dylan suggests that she get a restraining order which will keep Joe away from her. Avery says she is going to leave. He begs her to stay. Phyllis comes to CL to see Avery and tells her she slapped Joe. Dylan tells Phyllis that Avery was going to skip town. Phyllis asks if she was going to leave without saying goodbye. Phyllis accuses Avery of slinking away and in anger leaves.
Joe arrives and Dylan accuses him of crossing the line. Joe tells Dylan he should have seen Avery last night. He says Avery couldn’t keep her hands off him. The officer asks them if there is a problem. Dylan figures out that Joe was trying to set him up for the officer. Joe says this is not about Dylan and tells the officer to arrest Avery.
At the police station Avery tells Dylan she can only imagine what Joe is telling Paul. They come out of Paul’s office. Joe and Avery accuse each other and Paul says he sees this is a ‘he said she said’ situation. Joe accuses her of pushing him off the balcony and Dylan asks Joe to prove it. Joe says it’s up to Paul to find the proof. Dylan gives Paul photos of Avery’s bruising proving Joe wrong. Avery tells Joe she is filing a restraining order against him. Joe says he filing one against Dylan. Joe says she cheated on him then made him feel like she still had feelings for him. Avery admitted to Paul that Joe hurt her and that he did hit her once when they were married.
Sharon is at home and pours two glasses of wine and watches the door. Dylan finally comes home and he apologizes for being so late. She understands and asks if he wants to go back to Avery. He tells her he is committed to her but he will always care about Avery. Dylan says it’s been a long day and all he needs is her. They hug.
Phyllis goes to Avery’s and Avery tells her she is going to stay. Avery tells Phyllis that last night was not the first time Joe got violent with her. Phyllis wants him to pay. Avery wants to believe a restraining order is all she needs. Phyllis says revenge is overrated. Avery has a thoughtful look.

Nick, Sage Victor
Sage is still in the hospital. She's worried about going home, wondering if it's safe for the baby. Nick leaves to see about her release paper and Victor arrives. She tells him she is going home today. Victor asks where home is. Sage tells him she is going to stay at her suite at the club. Victor tells her he has a house for her just off the ranch, complete with staff. Nick comes back and asks what is going on. Sage says that Victor made her a proposition and she has declined it. Victor and Nick leave her room and Victor tells Nick he wants to protect what is his. He wants to make sure everyone is safe from anyone who might come after them and leaves. Nick goes back to Sage and tells her she is not in this alone. Nick tells her all her test have come in and she passed them all and she can go home. He suggest she move in with him.
Gabe, Chelsea, Newman-Abbott
Gabe arrives at Chelsea’s. They discuss how Connor may feel about Gabe being with her so much as Chelsea feels Connor must know what’s going on. He says he hopes to win Connor over. Chelsea tells him that Fack called and asked to see her. She wonders if Vicky would be there and Gabe asks her if that little voice in her head telling her she is a grifter and a con. He tells her to look at what she has accomplished. Chelsea says he knows her so well.
Billy comes to the lab and turns on the radio so he can talk to Kyle about Fack’s plan. Vicky comes in and turns it off and asks them what they didn’t want her to hear. Billy says he was bring Kyle up to date on the subscription. She asks Kyle how he feels about the subscription. Kyle talks his way through it. Billy and Kyle get a text and Billy says he has a meeting upstairs and Vicky wants to attend but Billy talks her out of it. Kyle says he has to go to see Ashley.
Billy arrives at Chelsea’s and tells her the meeting will be held here, much to her surprise. Gabe comes down putting on his shirt and Billy asks if they have moved in together or if this is just a sleepover. Chelsea says it’s none of his business.
Fack arrives and tells Gabe and Billy that they need to bury the hatchet. Kyle arrives and Jack updates him. Kyle says they bought a shipping company and Gabe wants to know why they need one. Fack says its not for a shipping company but $10 million has been put into a dummy account which was set up in Victor’s name making it look like Victor was embezzling. Stealing from Jabot was Victor’s motivation in this merger from the start. He asks them to find areas in their budgets to discretely syphon money and the divert them to the dummy account. He asks Billy to distract Victoria and to capitalize on it for the family. Billy gets a call from Vicky and Fack says that is his chance Billy boy. Billy tells him to stop calling him that. Fack asks Billy to keep Vicky off their scent and he and Kyle are not to say anything to summer and Vicky. Billy and Kyle leave.
Gabe says has never seen him that confident and wants to know what changed. Fack says they are both going to come out winners in his plan. Chelsea comes down and sees Fack and Gabe in a huddle and after Fack leaves she asks Gabe what they were talking about. He tells her Fack was telling him to be friends with Billy.
At the lab Victor and Vicky wonder what Fack is planning and Victor asks Vicky that she can always get information out of Billy any time she wants. Victor says that she is the only one he can count on.

Fack, Phyllis, Summer, Kyle
Fack meets Phyllis at the AC and she tells him that she had a dream and it felt like a premonition and Jack died. Fack tells her he is indestructible.
Fack gets a call telling him the ship exploded and there were no survivors and Jack Abbot is dead. Fack is livid and says he told them he wanted Jack alive. He tells this person to get access to the captain’s account or he can kiss this world goodbye.
Summer arrives and Fack leaves. Summer tells Phyllis that Fack, Billy and Kyle were huddled together and they were planning something. Phyllis reassures her.
Summer is concerned that Newman Abbott rivalry is going to come between her and Kyle. Kyle arrives and Phyllis says they were hoping that Victor and Jack can put everyone’s anxieties to rest.

Nick, Sage Victor
Sage is still in the hospital. She's worried about going home, wondering if it's safe for the baby. Nick leaves to see about her release paper and Victor arrives. She tells him she is going home today. Victor asks where home is. Sage tells him she is going to stay at her suite at the club. Victor tells her he has a house for her just off the ranch, complete with staff. Nick comes back and asks what is going on. Sage says that Victor made her a proposition and she has declined it. Victor and Nick leave her room and Victor tells Nick he wants to protect what is his. He wants to make sure everyone is safe from anyone who might come after them and leaves. Nick goes back to Sage and tells her she is not in this alone. Nick tells her all her test have come in and she passed them all and she can go home. He suggest she move in with him.
Gabe, Chelsea, Newman-Abbott
Gabe arrives at Chelsea’s. They discuss how Connor may feel about Gabe being with her so much as Chelsea feels Connor must know what’s going on. He says he hopes to win Connor over. Chelsea tells him that Fack called and asked to see her. She wonders if Vicky would be there and Gabe asks her if that little voice in her head telling her she is a grifter and a con. He tells her to look at what she has accomplished. Chelsea says he knows her so well.
Billy comes to the lab and turns on the radio so he can talk to Kyle about Fack’s plan. Vicky comes in and turns it off and asks them what they didn’t want her to hear. Billy says he was bring Kyle up to date on the subscription. She asks Kyle how he feels about the subscription. Kyle talks his way through it. Billy and Kyle get a text and Billy says he has a meeting upstairs and Vicky wants to attend but Billy talks her out of it. Kyle says he has to go to see Ashley.
Billy arrives at Chelsea’s and tells her the meeting will be held here, much to her surprise. Gabe comes down putting on his shirt and Billy asks if they have moved in together or if this is just a sleepover. Chelsea says it’s none of his business.
Fack arrives and tells Gabe and Billy that they need to bury the hatchet. Kyle arrives and Jack updates him. Kyle says they bought a shipping company and Gabe wants to know why they need one. Fack says its not for a shipping company but $10 million has been put into a dummy account which was set up in Victor’s name making it look like Victor was embezzling. Stealing from Jabot was Victor’s motivation in this merger from the start. He asks them to find areas in their budgets to discretely syphon money and the divert them to the dummy account. He asks Billy to distract Victoria and to capitalize on it for the family. Billy gets a call from Vicky and Fack says that is his chance Billy boy. Billy tells him to stop calling him that. Fack asks Billy to keep Vicky off their scent and he and Kyle are not to say anything to summer and Vicky. Billy and Kyle leave.
Gabe says has never seen him that confident and wants to know what changed. Fack says they are both going to come out winners in his plan. Chelsea comes down and sees Fack and Gabe in a huddle and after Fack leaves she asks Gabe what they were talking about. He tells her Fack was telling him to be friends with Billy.
At the lab Victor and Vicky wonder what Fack is planning and Victor asks Vicky that she can always get information out of Billy any time she wants. Victor says that she is the only one he can count on.
