The Weekend Grind ~ 10/31/2015-11/1/2015

Morning!

Been up since the crack of stupid (5am) but got lots of sleep and rest yesterday. Thank you for all the prayers and pixie dust!! Surgery #1 went well, feeling fine today other than a sore throat from the tube they inserted to ensure I had a good airway. Shoulder manipulation takes place Monday morning at 7am and then I'll be DONE - with the exception of daily PT for a few weeks.

Happy Halloween! It will be a low key one for us. I'm not even handing out candy this year as I wasn't sure how I was gonna feel after yesterday's surgery but that's okay. I need to continue to rest and get ready for Monday

Strip bed - DONE
Start laundry - in progress
Relax
Maybe scrap
Taco Salad for dinner

Tomorrow:
More laundry
Put out Thanksgiving décor
Relax and scrap
Set back clocks before bedtime!

Happy Halloween!

Sorry I was not on this morning but we had a friend over to do some house repairs... got new baseboard heating in my dining room, hot water in my bathroom sink and new light/fan in my bathroom! Plus DH finished my new bedroom closet today; need to fill it tomorrow and then load up things on shelves to find a new home so we can tear out the old closet that is jetting out into liveable basement space!!


Becky -- glad to hear the surgery went well.. continued prayers..
