Well it was a busy day here. They started the concrete portion of the addition foundation....the "footings" are done, if you know what that means.
Congrats on getting more done with the addition!
And Heidi, some
in regard to Liam. I'm with the other ladies, I'm sure he'll be just fine. The therapy will be helpful, and sometimes, children are on their own timetable, which is totally different than what we expect.
I was worried about DS as well. He didn't have a huge vocabulary, but I remember one day it was just like an EXPLOSION of words! Good ones, I mean.
And he hasn't stopped talking since. As a matter of fact, I think he'd get along with Tink's godson swimmingly.
I'm sure Liam will be just fine, but it's good to know you have a progressive doctor. That's half the battle sometimes.
Guess who woke up with the flu this morning?
Not Sulley.
Not Ruby.
Not Marc.
Me.
Hopefully I will wake up in a few hours and this will all be dream.
Hope you feel better soon, hon!
Ok, not zen but TOO funny.....!
.
Did you know the Wizard of Oz has been playing on different channels lately? I can't help but watch it when it's on!
TK, I will definitely post the pecan pie recipe that I use, and I am all for a recipe swap!
Thank you! I'm hoping to make it for Thanksgiving. I'm in charge of dessert.
First of all, I can't BELIEVE Disney is messing with my Pirate and Princess party. If they really do get rid of them I'm totally changing my dates to something sooner.
I'm so bummed. Last year, when Mom and Nana went in May, I had to take the time off from work because there would be no one to watch DS. (Normally my mother does.) So literally, I could have been in Disney then.
Enjoying Flower and Garden Festival.
And meeting Jack Sparrow.
How bummed am I now that it looks like they aren't offering them anymore! I really wanted to go to one, but it's looking more and more like TarzansKat will never meet Captain Jack.
Ah well.
