we are getting back to our normal....seems strange one week ago we were leaving Haiti I am sleeping better the last couple of nights which is always welcomed!

Good afternoon!!

Yes it is nuts as the fair winds down... Ran a couple of errands this morning.. still have bills to pay, groceries..but that has to wait till tomorrow afternoon some time. The family wants to take me to lunch tomorrow.. The heat was horrible yesterday when the wind blew it was tolerable but that was WHEN the wind blew... I got a bit of sun but was over heating by the time we got home even with all the water I was drinking, A/C breaks... I could only imagine how the poor animals were feeling... Bear was my rock though.. he could tell I was getting overheated and got me some ice.. I was doing everything right but it was still taking a toll on me..

Today:

baking cookies for friend's kids to drop off on the way to fair
need to check in w/ E and N to see how Mom is doing today.. She has been moved from ICU to a regular room and was alert and talking last night...
get all B's stuff ready for auction tonight (Bubba will go to a new home tonight.. Wish I would have made B keep him one more year)
need to make list for tomorrow and Sunday... going to be very busy days getting things done that were neglected here.
shop for C's math books
C email to find out status of class evals to see if they will transfer that we requested by reviewed
dinner at the fair
