Thanksgiving Weekend

Hey all. We are planning our fall trip and thinking of going the week after Thanksgiving. Last year we went 12/10-12/17 and it was starting to get a little crowded towards the end of the week for us (we usually go in Oct/Nov). We were thinking of pushing it up a week this year and going the week after TG because we heard it was pretty slow crowd wise. We would probably drive down on Saturday the 30th and just hang out at the resort assuming the parks would be crowded. Not sure about Sunday though. I figure the resort would be quiet after noon but not sure about the parks. How is the weekend around Thanksgiving? We will be on property probably at WL or BC.

We have been at that time. The week after Thanksgiving is great! Crowds are low and they have the Christmas decorations up. You will love it. Now that the kids are in school that is no longer an option for us.

The decorations were nice last year, really gets you in the spirit. All indications are that will be a great week to go. Just trying to time our arrival to miss as much of the traffic and crowds as possible.

However we haven't hit MNSSHP yet so we may just push it up a month or so. Is it possible to catch both MNSSHP and MVMCP on one trip spanning 1-1.5 weeks? Gonna have to check on that.
