Do you mean your signature/avatar stuff? That will be available after you have 10 posts. How recently did you achieve 10 posts? There is a time lag before the system recognizes that you've reached that level (30-45 minutes).

Just hover over your username in the upper right and click on whatever you wish to update from the pull down list that appears.
