    Sorry about us not checking in sooner, DW had finals this last week, so life has been a little hectic.

    I have a call into the company, they should get back to me. As far as I know, the shipment has not arrived. The tracking still says "in transit."

    This is going to Canada. It's been in customs.

    I just talked to the company. The person will talk to a supervisor and if it is deemed to be "lost" they will definitely ship another package. They doubt it would get there by Christmas. I expect a call back from the company to tell me what is going to happen.

    The lastest information is that it has left customs and is in Canada. What the woman couldn't give me is a Canadian Tracking number. So....she is now calling someone to see if getting that is possible.

    Why can't international shipping have a tracking number? Really , tea needs to be inspected closely? I think shipping is unreal this year.:(

    Unfortunately when it comes to foods/drinks a lot of time you can't even ship internationaly.

    My contact at the company told me today that the post office hasn't contacted her and she is off until December 26. She reaffirmed that if the package is lost, they will replace it.

    Don't feel bad Bobbi, I sent a package alot of packages 5 days ago, they have all arrived except for the one in Wyoming. It is in Colorado.:sad2:

    Yes, sometimes bad things happen.

    I hope yours is not stuck in the snowstorm. What's California weather like now? We MAY get some snow/ice tomorrow, but not too much. We leave for Cape May in the afternoon.

    Things do happen.
    Several years ago, I sent a priority box to DS.......from WA to CA.
    No show a week later, had PO check on it and it was on the east coast :rolleyes:

    Hope your package gets to where it is going, Jo.

    One of our international ones in the recipe exchange got held up in customs for a couple weeks too...........it finally broke through and made its way to its destination.
    Hope you get it settled, Bobbi.
    Have a safe and fun trip to Cape May.

    I have left a message today, asking that they resend. I will report back when I hear from them.

    I am going away until January 28...I will be checking in here periodically and with the company.

    I spoke to Margot, and they are resending a package. Neither of the items that I ordered are available, but they are substituting. Address is checked and correct, I hope this goes through!
